1. Cancellations by Guest
We understand that plans can change. Please review our cancellation terms below:
- More than 14 days before arrival: Full refund (minus any transaction or processing fees).
- 7–14 days before arrival: 50% refund of the total booking amount.
- Less than 7 days before arrival: No refund.
- No-show: No refund.
Important Notes:
- Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to booking@houseaisha.com.
- Refunds will be processed within 10 working days from the date of cancellation confirmation.
- Transaction fees charged by payment providers are non-refundable.
- Early departure during your stay does not qualify for a refund for unused nights.
2. Cancellations by House Aisha
In rare and unforeseen circumstances (e.g., force majeure, emergency maintenance, safety concerns, or events beyond our control), we may need to cancel or modify your booking.
In such cases, you will be offered:
- A full refund of all amounts paid, or
- Alternative dates for your stay, subject to availability.
We will notify you as soon as possible and work with you to find the best solution.
3. Changes to Your Booking
If you wish to modify your reservation (change dates, number of guests, or room type), please contact us as soon as possible at booking@houseaisha.com or call +212 5 28 32 74 64.
Please note:
- Changes are subject to availability.
- Modifications may affect the total price of your booking.
- If the new dates or room type are more expensive, you will be required to pay the difference.
- If cheaper, the difference will not be refunded unless you are downgrading within 14 days of your original booking date.
4. Special Circumstances
We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel due to serious illness, family emergency, or other exceptional circumstances, please contact us directly. While we cannot guarantee a refund outside our standard policy, we will review each case individually and do our best to assist.
5. Group Bookings
For group reservations (3+ rooms or 8+ guests), special cancellation terms may apply. Please contact us at booking@houseaisha.com for group booking policies.
