1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and your booking with House Aisha. By accessing our website, making a reservation, or staying at our hostel, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, please do not proceed with your booking.

2. Booking Policy

  • Bookings can be made directly through our website, by email at booking@houseaisha.com, by phone at +212 5 28 32 74 64, or through authorized booking platforms.
  • A deposit or full payment may be required to confirm and secure your reservation.
  • The remaining balance (if any) is due upon arrival and can be paid in cash (Moroccan Dirham) or by card, subject to availability.
  • Your booking is only confirmed once payment has been received and you have received a confirmation email from us.
  • We reserve the right to cancel unconfirmed bookings if payment is not received by the specified deadline.

3. Check-in & Check-out

  • Check-in: From 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM
  • Check-out: From 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM

Important:

  • Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
  • If you expect to arrive outside of standard hours, please notify us in advance so we can arrange access.
  • Failure to check out by 11:00 AM without prior arrangement may result in an additional night’s charge.

4. Age Restriction

House Aisha is an adults-only accommodation. All guests must be 18 years of age or older at the time of check-in. Valid identification (passport or national ID) is required upon arrival.

5. Guest Responsibilities

All guests are expected to:

  • Treat the property, facilities, staff, and other guests with respect.
  • Comply with Moroccan laws and local regulations.
  • Keep noise levels reasonable, especially during quiet hours (10:00 PM – 8:00 AM).
  • Not smoke in non-smoking areas (smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas).
  • Be responsible for their personal belongings at all times.
  • Report any damage to property or facilities immediately.
  • Use lockers and secure storage provided for valuables.

Prohibited Activities:

  • Illegal drugs or substances are strictly prohibited.
  • Guests found engaging in illegal activities will be asked to leave immediately without refund, and authorities may be notified.
  • Excessive noise, disruptive behavior, or disrespect toward staff or guests may result in immediate eviction without refund.

6. Liability & Personal Belongings

House Aisha is not responsible for:

  • Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings, valuables, or luggage.
  • Injuries, accidents, or incidents occurring on the premises or during activities arranged through or recommended by House Aisha (including tours, bicycle rentals, excursions, or other activities).

Guests participate in all activities at their own risk and are strongly encouraged to have comprehensive travel insurance that covers personal belongings, medical expenses, and adventure activities.

We provide lockers and secure storage facilities, but ultimate responsibility for personal items rests with the guest.

7. Damage & Additional Charges

Guests are financially responsible for any damage caused to the property, furniture, or equipment during their stay. Additional charges will be applied for:

  • Damage to rooms, common areas, or facilities.
  • Lost keys or access cards.
  • Excessive cleaning required due to the condition of the room.
  • Smoking in non-smoking areas.

We reserve the right to charge your payment method on file or request immediate payment for damages.

Please refer to our Cancellation & Refund Policy for full details. By making a booking, you acknowledge and accept the cancellation terms outlined in that policy.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

Your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By making a booking, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in that policy.

10. Use of Website

You agree not to:

  • Use our website for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose.
  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from our website without prior written permission.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or interfere with website functionality.
  • Post or transmit any harmful code, viruses, or malicious software.

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of House Aisha and is protected by copyright laws.

11. Force Majeure

House Aisha is not liable for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, civil unrest, or other force majeure events.

In such cases, we will work with you to find an alternative solution, which may include rescheduling or providing a refund.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Morocco. Any disputes arising from these terms or your stay at House Aisha shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Morocco.
